  • Due to high volume of orders and the Covid-19 pandemic, your shipment may take longer than usual to be delivered. We are working as hard as we can to expedite. We know it may be frustrating to wait longer than expected for your order and apologise for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your kind understanding. 

 

  • Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered during the checkout process is correct. We are unfortunately not able to provide any refunds or compensation-in-lieu for any loss of product in event the shipping address entered during the checkout process is incorrect resulting in delivery failure by the local post/shipper.

  • Please note that shippers require 1-5 business days to update the tracking information after the package has been sent out. This is in the hands of the shipper and unfortunately not within our control. We thank you for your patience while waiting for the shippers to update the tracking information.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders ship within 1-3 business days and all orders are delivered within 5 to 20 business days depending on your geographical location. Due to the high demand on some of our most popular products, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for delivery. How can I track my order?

Once your products have been shipped, we will send the tracking number to your email that was used during the checkout process. The email will also guide you on how to track the products that you have purchased. Please note that the tracking information will be available 2-5 business days after receipt of email.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

We take pride in our products and do not expect this to happen, but if it does, please contact us at support@hippomoo.com within 7 days of delivery.

We will provide exchanges for damaged or defective items, but strictly no request for refunds will be entertained.

If this 7 day time period after delivery has been exceeded, we regret that we will not be able to process any exchanges.
