WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in the system. We process orders between Mondays and Fridays. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of ordering and shipped the following business day.
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We encourage you to order as early as possible. Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 3 business days from the day you completed your payment.
Once your products have been shipped, we will send the tracking number to your email that was used during the checkout process. The email will also guide you on how to track the products that you have purchased. Please note that the tracking information will be available 2-5 business days after receipt of email.
Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all international orders, if any.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
